A fabulous home in a former garage

I'm having a great time in London and looking forward to some down time today with my girls before heading back to Sweden on Wednesday. How about you? A perfect Swedish apartment for a spring day

Before I dash off to enjoy the spring sunshine with family and friends I had to share this one room Swedish apartment with you. The fabulous Flinders Lane Apartment

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">The plywood trend has been popular for a while now, and I can see why. <a href="http://clarecousins.com.au/projects/flinders-lane-apartment/" target="_blank">Flinders Lane Apartment</a> in Melbourne has been artfully designed by <a href="http://clarecousins.com.au/projects/flinders-lane-apartment/" target="_blank">Claire Cousins</a>, Dita Beluli and Jessie Fowler to create a family space on a small budget. The owners were looking to create two bedrooms out of one o make space for a baby. Plywood joinery has been used to define the two spaces instead of building actual walls. The plywood also cleverly doubles up as storage space. Monochrome and cognac in a vintage inspired apartment

We've had real April showers here in Southern Sweden and as I write from my corner in a cafe by the sea this morning the rain is coming down in sheets outside, it's all very cosy! Indoors is the best place to be today -  and I have just came across this little gem on <a href="http://www.stadshem.se/till-salu/obj24162_1333141146#images" target="_blank">Stadshem</a>. This two room apartment is teeming with vintage finds and mid-century pieces.
