Cottage construction cost is 430,000 euros.</p><br/><p>Beautiful architectural interiors include the living room, kitchen and terrace, utility room, bathroom on the first floor and dressing room beside the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The Cliffs Cottage, <em>Southern Living</em> magazine’s first sustainable Showcase Home, was built to Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Design (LEED) certification standards and is a model of environmentally responsible design, building techniques and materials, and energy-saving systems.  The home opened to the public in June 2008 and was re-purposed after one year to serve as Furman’s
