World’s Smallest House Takes Only 1 Square Meter

<p>Berlin-based architect Van Bo Le-Mentzel and founder of Hartz IV Möbel, has created “One-Sqm-House” – probably the smallest house in the world. It’s a DIY wooden structure, which uses only one square meter of space and can be used as a dwelling place, mobile kiosk or even an extra room inside your apartment. Because of the flipping mechanism, it can be used both vertically or horizontally.</p><br/><p>It consists of a wooden frame, slide window and a lockable door. The house weighs only 40 kilos and has wheels, so can be moved around easily. Even Apartment of 21 Square Meter Can Be Cozy: Here is the One In Red

<p>21 square meters is a small place. Yes , but you can make it look bigger. Here is the tiny Swedish apartment. It is the one with a just 21 square meters area. But it is a prove how can it comprises all the necessary things when you design it the wright way.</p><br/><p>Brightness and modern design are making us think that this apartment belong to a young girl or to a young couple. The interior is with lots of red color and made of natural wood. Hanging bed above the room  is separating the sleeping zone, in aim to keep some privacy of the owners.We especially like a side table and the big window made up with armchairs. Things like this are giving the romance atmosphere to the space.</p><br/><p>To make you feel more this wonderful space, you can imagine how it would look like to have a late dinner. Fire of a candles near the big window looking at the lights of the big city, urban and vintage. Kitchen and bathroom colorful tiles   add cheerfulness. Solution: How to create 40 square meter apartment comfortable

We are showing you apartment that is only 40 square meters of living space but it’s still very comfy and cozy as a big prove on that. Just before the renovation,this apartmant  was a open space with just a one multi-purpose room.There was a problem, that room wasn’ t zoned well. On the other side, owners and a designer worked on that and have managed to changed it. Now we can learn from their work. Having the same space problem? You may learn a lot from this.</p><br/><p>As the rule number one, we suggest you to start with color. That is the best way to zone it. Use color to improve your place.  It’s really cool when one color can be found in different parts of the room but in various proportions, don’t be afraid to experiment. The brightest part in this apartment  is the dining area. Purple colored walls are creating a very nice atmosphere. As you can see the carpet in a kitchen, some upholstery and some small details in a bedroom and a bathroom share this color. So purple is the color that dominates.</p><br/><p>We see that the kitchen is separated from the dining room with a sliding partition that doesn’t occupy any space but makes the excellent zoning job. This is also a good to mention because it will enlarge your space but also be functional at the same time. The similar partition separates the bedroom with the living room. Cabinets in the living room have a large glazing area and looks almost weightless. This makes the whole structure looks like simple shelves but there isn’ t any dust on books and other side inside. Very cleaver and functional space saving and it really look nice and comfy.</p><br/><p>IF you are having the same space area and you need ideas how to use it the best way, just implement all these ideas and it will looks amazing. Besides it, we are sure that with this idea it will become more cozy and comfy.
