A small space in Gothenburg in neutrals

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">Let's visit the Swedish west coast today and this charming space-efficient small apartment in Gothenburg. The home has many of the lovely original 1920's features including wooden floor, serving cabinets and pantry. But I also like the way it's been decorated using neutrals, dusty shades of blue and touches of wood and rattan for a warm feel. I'm a big fan of Gothenburg since it's the gateway to one of my favourite places on earth: the stunning west coast <a href="http://www.goteborg.com/en/archipelago/" target="_blank">archipelago </a>with its dozens of islands and pretty fishing villages. We love to explore it by <a href="http://www.bavaria37charter.se/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">sail boat</a> in the summer. The use of soft textiles throughout also work to create a relaxed. homely feel. It's actually a fairly small space (53 metres square) but the owners /designers have made clever use of every inch. A fabulous Swedish apartment in neutrals

Finding beautiful homes on '<a href="http://www.hemnet.se/" target="_blank">Hemnet</a>' is a favourite past time and this blog wouldn't be the same without featuring at least one Swedish property for sale during the week! And have I got a fabulous one to kick off the week with! I'm not sure what I love most about this mostly white apartment  - the high ceilings and cornicing? The beautiful wood floor? Or simply the owners impeccable style and neutral colour scheme.
